A.  If this is a new installation and you are running a ProntoDemo Install Test Signature, then this is most likely due to the fact that your License BAT file did not run with the proper permissions and did not complete successfully.  If you do not have a local machine account called "ProntoServer" then this .bat process will fail.  Please open the file up and replace "ProntoServer" with an local machine account that has administrator privileges and try running it again.

Also, you may receive an s09 error during a standard PDF signing if you are having Database connection or version issues.  Please make sure you are running the latest version of the Pronto database using your update SQL scripts.
