A. Here are the steps you can take to apply the correct license to your server:

  • stop the AlphaTrust Pronto Server Service in the Services.msc
  • restart IIS admin service (to flush out any pronto related processes it might be holding)
  • extract the three license files into the AlphaTrust\Pronto\Programs directory (you can deleted the 3 corresponding dev license files to keeps things tidy in there)
  • run the appropriate license .bat file
  • and then restart AlphaTrust Pronto Server Service
  • check the event viewer for any application errors - you should see a 105 and a 110 from Pronto v2.9+ for a successful startup.
