Go to the Administrative Tools > Services panel

Select the AlphaTrust PRONTO Server Service and STOP the service:

Once the service is stopped, select the IIS Admin Service and RESTART that service:

At this point, go through the normal Windows NT password reset process to change the password for the ProntoServer local machine account.

Once the Windows password is changed, open up the Services panel again and right click on the AlphaTrust PRONTO Server Service and select Properties and select the Log On tab.

Click Browse:

Click Advanced:

Click Find Now and select ProntoServer:

Hit Ok:

And hit OK again and then make sure to type in your newly changed password in the Password and Confirm Password fields and then hit OK.

Now go to Administrative Tools > Component Services > Computers > My Computer > COM+ Applications and select all 6 Pronto COM+ objects:

Right click on them while they are all still highlighted and select Properties. Select the Identity Tab:

Follow the same process as before selecting Browse > Advanced > Find Now > select ProntoServer > OK > OK > set the new password

Once you have done this, go back to the Services panel and START the AlphaTrust PRONTO Server Service.

Check the Application Event Viewer for a successful start up.
